摘要
针对医学图像中的细胞提取问题,提出一种基于连通域的提取方法,该方法首先将图像进行二值化,然后依据八方向连通域提取细胞,再进行腐蚀和膨胀。经过实验证明,在具有复杂背景的医学图像中,该方法也能有效地提取细胞。
According to the cells segmentation problem of medical images,this paper proposed a method based on connected domains.This method firstly changed images to binary images.Secondly,extracted cells based on eight connected domain,then carried corrosion and expansion out.The experiments proved this method can get the cells correctly in medical images.
