摘要
大学生科技实践创新人才的培养,是一项系统的工程,是建设创新型国家的战略举措,是国家对高等学校提出的历史性要求。以大学生为主体,以科技竞赛为依托,以培养学生实践能力和创新意识为目标,研究、探索一种模式化的科技人才培养方式和选拔机制,以满足学生对自身成才的迫切需求。进而提高大学生综合素质和就业能力,促进学生入职后的可持续发展。
Cultivating of practice and innovation of science and technology talents,is a systematic project,which is an strategic initiatives for building an innovative country,also a historic request made by States for colleges and universities.For university students as the main body,relying on the science and technology competitions,with the goal of cultivating students ' practical ability and creative minds,study and explore a model of cultivating science and technology talents and selection mechanism to meet the urgent needs of the students on their own success.To improve comprehensive quality of college students and employability,promoting the sustainable development of stu dent employment.
