采用校园卡与智能手机卡模式,将高校的信息化延伸至手机终端,随时随地的把高校的一些重要信息传送给学校领导、教师、学生,同时耦合了高校各个管理系统,提升了管理系统的工作效率,加强了高校各种管理系统的管理功能,该文主要设计了一种基于移动OTA卡的图书馆信息系统,实现校园一卡通系统数据对整个数字化校园的共享,提高了图书馆的服务质量与服务水平,满足了读者多样化、个性化的需要。
