Intelligent residential sub-distract communication network is the physical platform of building up intelligent residential,sub-dis tract comprehensive management center and outside wide area network handing over informations.This paper has given the design method of intelligent residential sub-distract communication network platform on Ethernet technology,has put forward the scheme of designing the family intelligent system with EBI technology.
