市县气象视频会议系统建设与应用

Construction and Application of Video Conference System at City and County Meteorological Bureau

黄冈市气象部门根据本地视频会议系统的现状和需求,利用现有的气象通信网络平台建成市县高清视频会议系统。通过该系统,市气象台可以与省台及下属台站预报员及时、充分地进行天气会商;可将国家局、省局、市局的业务远程会商扩展到县级,以及召开电视电话会议和业务培训等。该文主要介绍了黄冈气象视频会议系统的业务需求、系统组建、功能、特点以及该系统在天气会商、视频会议等业务中的应用效果。

According to the status quo and demand of the local video conferencing system,Huanggang Meteorlogical department has bulit the high definition video conferencing systems based on the existing meteorological network at city and county Meteorological Bureau.The weather forecaster(from the province,city and subordinate counties) can discuss the weather prediction timely and sufficiently by using the system;The system can also be used to expand the national、provincial、municipal remote consultation to the country-level weather bu reau,and hold teleconference meeting and professional training etc.This paper describes the Huanggang meteorological video conference system from the following aspects:business requirements、system integration、functionality、features,and the application effect in weather consultation、video conferencing and other business.
