基于分形理论的校园网流量特性分析

Analysis of Campus Network Traffic Characteristic Based on the Fractal Theory

该文运用分形理论建立校园网流量ON/OFF采集模型,通过抽样抓包技术采集校园网网络数据,利用R/s分析法和方差-时间图方法计算校园网流量的自相似Hurst参数,以分析校园网流量的自相似特性。并就网络流量自相似性对校园网行为特征的影响做了初步探讨。

This paper uses the fractal theory to establish the ON / OFF collection model of campus network traffic,we collect the campus network data by the sample capture technology,and compute the Hurst parameter to check the self-similar degree of network traffic by us ing the R/S analysis method and the variance-time diagram method,and then analyses the Self-Similarity of Campus Network Traffic。 We also discuss the influence to the behavior characteristics of network traffic by the self similarity on campus network.
