摘要
高职毕业生的就业情况是高职教育发展的关键,通过对高职院校的就业数据进行分析,发现有用的信息以提高高职院校毕业生的就业水平是非常必要的。文中用徐州建筑学院的教务系统和就业管理系统的数据作为研究对象,以学生培养和就业指导作为研究目的,通过对学生成绩、课程设置、专业设置、就业数据的挖掘找到了影响学生就业的若干因素。
The employment situation of graduates from higher vocational colleges is the key to the development of higher vocational educa tion,through the analysis of data on employment of higher vocational college,finding useful information in order to improve the level of employment of the graduates in higher vocational colleges is very necessary.Xuzhou College of architecture research on educational sys tems and employment management system data as objects,to career guidance for students and for research purposes,by setting on student achievement,curriculum,professional,employment data mining to find the factors influencing the employment of students.
