This article from the basic principle of digital image processing and method to begin,through the camera image acquisition,and then the image processing and analysis,on all images in a meter image common image feature,through an appropriate design of image fea ture extraction,target and background of the reliable separation,thus realizing the intelligent meter LCD screen to identify and positioning.
