摘要
燃气灶具是每个家庭厨房必备的烹饪器具,热负荷、热效率等指标是评估家用燃气灶具性能的关键参数。针对国家标准中家用燃气具性能测试的技术要求,研制了一套家用燃气灶具自动测试系统。该系统采用小型可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为控制核心,并搭配多通道模拟量采集模块组成了数据采集处理中心,采集的气体流量、压力及水温度信号通过数据采集控制中心传输至计算机中。基于图形化编程语言开发的软件对采集的数据进行分析计算,自动提供测试结果并按照标准要求进行结果判定。该系统的应用有效地提高了家用燃气灶具性能测试的效率及数据准确率。
The gas cooking appliance is one of the necessities for every family kitchen.The heat input and heat efficiency are the key pa rameters for evaluating the performance of domestic gas cooking appliance.Based on the technical requirements of domestic gas cooking ap pliance in national standard,an intelligent test system is developed.The PLC is regarded as the control center in the test system,which com bines the multi-channel analog data-acquisition module.The acquired gas flow,gas pressure and water temperature signals are transmitted to the computer.The software developed by graphic programme language will provide the test results by analyzing the acquired data.The system can increase the test efficiency of domestic gas cooing appliance and improve the data accuracy.
