摘要
针对交通广播新闻线索收集、远程采访、突发事件应急新闻报道的需求,设计了基于CTI技术和E1数字线路语音新闻线索收集和远程采访系统。该系统支持30路的数字电话采访通道。采访通话流程根据听众习惯、采访报道习惯、应急响应要求进一步优化设计,力求方便、实用。所有采访内容以A律编码录制并保存于CTI服务器,在客户端下载用于音频节目制作。系统的应用提高了工作效率,实际使用效果良好。
For the aim of news clues gathering,remote interview and emergency reportage of Anhui traffic radio,the system of voice-news clues gathering & voice-interviewing is designed on CTI technology and E1 transmission line.It supports 30 digital dialing channels.Its dialing flow is optimized conveniently and practically,according to the habits of audience and reportage,and the requirement of emergency broadcasting.It records all the voices of gathering,interview,and reportage in A-law by the CTI server.All the recorded voice files can be downloaded in the client for producing audio program.It enhances the work efficiency,and the practical application ef fect is good.
