This paper focuses on the important role of automated measurement in oil depot business.It explains that the effect of qualitative change by combining automated measurement with information-based oil depot management in detail.Meanwhile,it also presents in full length that the design of bringing automated measurement data into ERP system based on the BAPI interface.Based on the interface,ERP system carries out the collection of oil depot operating essential data and forms the corresponding operating document flow with this data.Thus,synthetical allocation of the high and low resources of sale has promoted,an unified,integrated and unblocked information flow has formed;timely and accurate information has reached,management level and economic benefits has promoted.
