广东省气象信息中心业务短信平台建设的目的是通过中国移动的短信平台快速将实时气象资料的收发情况发送到发报员手机上,将业务系统运行故障信息发送到系统管理维护人员手机上。该文对系统设计思路和数据接口的使用进行研究,并阐述其实现方法其意义在于及时排除系统故障,维护业务系统安全运行,提高本省实时气象资料传输质量。
