基于职业岗位构建网络工程专业实践教学体系

摘要 针对网络工程专业实践教学现状,通过对精英型网络工程师职业能力分析,结合我院应用型人才培养目标,提出一个基于职业岗位,以动手能力、专业能力、竞争能力与职业能力培养为主线的能力递增型网络工程专业实践教学体系,并就四种能力培养所需平台进行了分析与探索。经过两年的探索与实践,该模式有效提高了学生的专业技术与职业能力,能够快速满足企业的用人需求。 Aiming at Practice Teaching situation of network engineering professional,Through analyzing professional compe tence needs of the elite network engineers,the thesis propose a Capacity incremental Network Engineering Practice Teaching System based Occupational Post which mainly trains practice ability,professional ability,Competitiveness and Professional compe tence,at the same time it analyze and explore platform building required of capacity training.After two years of exploration and practice,the model effectively improve the students' professional Technology and vocational skills,students are able to quickly meet the needs of the employer.
