Cigarette Packaging Machine SCADA System Based on Ifix

依据GDX2卷烟包装机的工艺特点和控制要求,开发一种基于ifix组态软件的卷烟包装机监控系统,可以实时、有效的监控包装机的工作情况,结合Access数据库开发报表、报警等功能,可实现查询和记录机器停机故障统计情况、产量情况、辅料消耗、机台自检等信息,实现机组的整体自动化,提高机组运行的可靠性。

Based on GDX2 cigarette packaging machine in the technical characteristic and control requirements,a new cigarette packaging machine scada system based on ifix are developed,which can real-time and effective monitoring packaging machine work,combined with the Access database development report,alarm,and other functions,can realize query and recording ma chine down fault statistics,production situation,auxiliary materials consumption,the information such as self-inspection,to real ize the automation of the whole unit,and improve the reliability of the unit operation.
