It is very important that scientific progress to numerous fields of innovation and development is relative to other disci plines,along with the rapid development of computer science and technology.The teachers of computer basic course in colleges and universities are designing platform of network teaching,and continuous exploration and practice of innovative talents training methods and ways for the cultivation of innovative talents,to provide a better teaching environment.
