TL494是电压驱动脉宽调制控制集成电路,广泛地应用在电脑、显示器、打印机以及UPS逆变电源等各种脉宽调制电路中。因此有关TL494芯片所涉及的故障。该文结合TL494电压驱动脉宽控制电路的工作原理,分析和总结基于TL494芯片PWM控制电路检测的方法和技巧。
TL494 is a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) controlled integrated circuit drived by voltage.It’s widely applied in vari ous PWM circuits of computers,monitors,printers,UPS power inverters and so on.As the fault about TL494,this paper will ana lyze and summarize the detection methods and techniques of TL494-based PWM circuits.
