摘要
传统撒砂控制系统设计过于简单,主要弊端是单台机车在滑行或紧急制动时自身撒砂造成的砂垫可能会阻断轨道电路,多个机车长期在同一地方撒砂造成的砂垫同样可以使后来停留在砂垫上的机车的轨道电路不导通,构成事故危机。该文针对传统机车撒砂装置应用的局限性展开研究,通过探讨撒砂装置的优化方案设计并研发了智能撒砂控制器。实际应用表明,该控制器具体较高的自检率,能实时控制撒砂装置的合理化撒砂,大幅度提高了撒砂装置的自动化程度。
Traditional sand control system design is too simple,the main disadvantage is that single locomotive in sliding or emer gency braking when the sand caused by sand pad may be blocking the track circuit.And a plurality of locomotive long in the same place sand caused by sand cushion can also make later stuck in the sand cushion on the locomotive track circuit is not con ductive,constitute malpractice crisis.This article in view of the traditional locomotive sanding device application limitations of the study,through discussing the sanding device optimization design and research and development of intelligent sanding control.The practical application shows that,the controller specific higher self check rate,real-time control sanding device of sanding,greatly improves the automation degree of the sanding device.
