DX中波发射机中的可编程逻辑器件热稳定性探讨

摘要 我们台的中波发射机是美国Harris公司的DX型中波广播发射机,在发射机的运行中,需要许多采样数据送到PLC中处理,通过采样数据对发射机的运行状态进行判断,这样才能在发射机异态运行时,保证能对发射机作出及时保护。DX发射机里面的控制和采样很多,这些控制和采样信号的采集和处理都用到了大量的可编程逻辑器件XC7372,但是正是因为可编程逻辑器件的高度集成性使它在运行中容易发热,使可编程逻辑器件本身产生故障,导致发射机不能正常运行。在日常维护中,我们要重视可编程逻辑器件的检修和维护。 wave transmitter station is our American Harris's DX-type wave radio transmitter,the transmitter's operation,requires a lot of sampling data to the PLC process data by sampling the operational status of the transmitter judgment,in order to run different states at the transmitter,the transmitter can be made to ensure timely protection.DX transmitters inside the control and sampling many of these control and sampling signal acquisition and processing are used in a large number of programmable logic devices XC7372,but precisely because of programmable logic devices high level of integration makes it easy to heat during operation,the programmable logic device itself which caused the transmitter does not operate normally.In routine maintenance,we should pay at tention to the programmable logic device repair and maintenance.
