我们台的中波发射机是美国Harris公司的DX型中波广播发射机,在发射机的运行中,需要许多采样数据送到PLC中处理,通过采样数据对发射机的运行状态进行判断,这样才能在发射机异态运行时,保证能对发射机作出及时保护。DX发射机里面的控制和采样很多,这些控制和采样信号的采集和处理都用到了大量的可编程逻辑器件XC7372,但是正是因为可编程逻辑器件的高度集成性使它在运行中容易发热,使可编程逻辑器件本身产生故障,导致发射机不能正常运行。在日常维护中,我们要重视可编程逻辑器件的检修和维护。
