基于工作过程导向的实践教学改革研究——以FLASH技术课程为例

国家教育部在关于推进高等职业教育改革创新引领职业教育科学发展的若干意见中指出,高等职业教育人才培养中要改革培养模式,增强学生可持续发展能力,要把现代企业优秀文化理念融入人才培养全过程,强化学生职业道德和职业精神培养。该文主要以Flash技术课程为例,分析了以工作过程为导向从教学目标定位、重组教学内容、转变教学方式、调整考核评定、实践教学实施的保障等方面入手的教学改革研究。

National Ministry of Education,pointed out in a number of opinions on the promotion of vocational education re form and innovation to lead the development of vocational education in science,to reform the personnel training in vocational education training mode to enhance students' capacity for sustainable development,it is necessary the outstanding cultural ideas of the modern enterprise financialthe whole process into personnel training,strengthening students' professional ethics and profes sionalism training.In this paper,Flash technology courses,for example,the analysis of the work process-oriented teaching target ing,recombinant teaching content,change teaching methods to adjust for the evaluation,and implementation of practice teach ing security aspects of teaching reform research.
