摘要
突发灾害事件应急响应的关键是预警系统是否能够提供早期的报警。该文通过分析早期火灾烟雾的运动规律,提出了一种利用背景运动检测和YUV空间建立烟雾的颜色模型,分割出烟雾疑似区域。在灰度空间使用二维离散小波变换对烟雾疑似区域及对应的背景区域进行能量分析,并改进了论文[11]中稀疏光法在多目标检测时必须手动标注的问题。我们使用该方法对森林火灾、操场和室内烟雾的视频进行了测试,效果十分理想。
The key to sudden disaster emergency response and early warning system to provide early alarm.Image processing meth od designed to fire smoke detectors based video surveillance system.Through the analysis of the law of motion of the early fire smoke a background motion detection and YUV space color model to establish smoke,split out the smoke suspected area.Using two-dimensional discrete wavelet transform in the gray space to smoke suspected the background area of the region and the corre sponding energy,and improve the paper [11] in the sparse light in multi-target detection must be manually marked.We use this method was tested on forest fires,playground and indoor smoke video.The test results are satisfactory,and very few false positives.
