高职计算机类专业教师队伍建设的探索

Discussion of Constructing a Team of Teachers for Computer Majors in High Vocational College

高职计算机类专业教师队伍建设目前还存在实践技能水平不精、"双师型"教师数量不足、教育教学能力不强等现象。通过多渠道人才引进、校企合作、企业锻炼、技能大赛等多方式提升教师教学综合能力,建设品德高尚、知识渊博、教学观念新、改革意识强、能教会做教、专兼结合的教师队伍。

At present,there is a common phenomenon existing in constructing a team of teachers for computer majors in high vocational college: some professional teachers don’t have refined practical skills;the number of double-professional teachers is not enough;other teachers are weak in the ability of teaching.Through multi-channel talent introduction,college-enterprise cooperation,enterprise training,and skill competition,we promote professional teachers’comprehensive teaching abilities and construct a virtuous,knowledgeable team of teachers with new teaching ideas and strong awareness of reform,who are good at teaching and doing and combined with full-time teachers and part-time teachers.
