摘要
通过分析目前软件行业的人才需求和软件技术发展现状,指出高职软件技术专业教师在教育教学中将不可避免的面临巨大的挑战。高职软件技术专业教师必须转变思想,准确把握的自身定位,指导和帮助学生,在教育教学中不断取得提高,最终使学生在今后的就业及行业发展中应对新变化并实现自身的价值。
By analyzing the current needs of the software industry and software technology talent development status of software technology that professional teachers in higher education will inevitably face enormous challenges.Software Technology Vocational teachers must change their thinking,an accurate grasp of the self-positioning,guidance and help students continue to make in education to improve teaching and ultimately student employment and future development of the industry to respond to new changes and realize their own value.
