This article states the necessity of carrying on the reform and construction to signal and information processing technology from the building training objects of this course.By exploring many avenues,such as updating of teaching concept,selection of teaching contents and utilization of suitable teaching methods,we discuss the research and application on the Construction of Courses and Teaching Reform in Signal and Information Processing Technology.
