BPC全称:Business Planning&Consolidation业务计划与合并。广西柳工机械股份有限公司(以下简称柳工)是从事工程机械研发、生产、销售的行业大型骨干企业,是中国工程机械第一家上市公司(股票代码:000528),世界500强企业。该文简单对目前柳工部署的BPC系统的架构设计要求具体模块划分最终实现的功能描述等进行了阐述,而且对BPC 10.0系统的优点和不足进行了分析,可以作为柳工BPC项目实施后总结文档以及其他企业实施BPC系统的参考依据。
