针对高职院校学生的职业素质难以满足企业的需求的问题,分析了高职学生的个性特征和高职院校职业素质教育特点,提出利用大学城空间构建职业素质教育资源库,并将其运用到对学生专业教学的课后拓展学习中。探讨运用大学城空间构建职业素质教育平台,以实施将职业素质教育贯穿到整个专业教学过程中的方案。

Against the professional quality of students in vocational colleges is difficult to meet the needs of enterprises,it is ana lyzed the personality characteristics of vocational students and the professional quality educational characteristics of vocational colleges,it is proposed to build professional quality educational resource database in University City space,and apply it to stu dents to after-school expand learning,explore the University City space to build professional quality education platform for the im plementation of the program of professional quality education throughout the entire teaching process.
