人工智能是将人类解决问题的思路用在计算机技术领域中,目前专家系统广泛应用在各个领域。专家系统是在产生式系统的基础上发展起来的,将产生式系统用于民事法律领域具有非常重要意义。将民法中的民事法律关系和行为映射为产生式系统中的知识和规则,进一步对知识的面向对象的表示进行了研究。
