为了解决地面气象观测自动站实时观测数据异常和缺测,提高实时观测数据的时效性、准确性和可用性,促进气象现代化的发展,利用现代先进的无线通信技术设想构建气象智能观测网,希望能够实现观测精细化,从而为城镇小区域精细化和准确化预报服务。
In order to solve the surface Automatic Meteorological Stations abnormal data and missing data observed in real time,to improve the timeliness,accuracy,and availability of real-time observational data,promote meteorological modern development,us ing the idea of a modern advanced wireless communication technologies to build meteorological intelligent observation network,hoping to realize observation fine for the small area of the town and accurate forecasting service.
