随着电子信息技术的飞速发展,档案管理由传统方式向信息化管理转变已迫在眉捷。该文以高新区数字化档案管理系统的实践为基础,对高新区档案管理的现状、数字化档案管理的优势做了详细分析,设计并实现了基于B/S结构高新区数字化档案管理系统,总结了系统特点,详细的说明了系统的解决方案。
