The oil companies need to deal with a plenty of controlled documents in the daily works.Most of the documents con tain secret information such as the nation’s technology,commercial secrets,which need to be stored and transported carefully.This paper,analyses the requirements,development mode,and the database and key techniques of the controlled documents ad ministration system for oil companies and design some of them.An impeccable mode has been built in this paper,and it could supply most of the oil companies and their subsidies.
