摘要
为科学的分配警力资源,实现城市交通针对突发事件的快速出警,利用数据挖掘技术和Floyd算法、LINGO软件、多目标规划等,对城市交巡警平台设置不合理之处进行改进,并给出最优调度方案,实现警务平台的科学设置和高效调度。
In order to realize scientific distribute police resources and settlement of emergencies in urban traffic,this essay points out the unreasonable aspects of and improvement scheme for the existing installation of urban platforms,and provided a optimal options for dispatch of the police force of the entire city using data mining technology,Floyd Algorithm,LINGO softwre and multi-objective programming.The above model is able to realize the scientific installation and efficient dispatch of police force platforms.
