摘要
分析了患者满意度调查现状,介绍了采集手段多样化、数据分析运用一体化的患者满意度调查系统的体系结构和功能,并从社会公共管理角度对满意度调查的实施过程优化、评价数据利用等方面进行了探讨。
Based on the analysis of satisfaction scale investigation in china,this paper introduced the architecture and functions of an integrated patient satisfaction scale investigation system using kinds of data collecting devices and advanced data analysis tech nologies,and some advices such as optimized procedure and data mining,etc.were raised to better the public administration and the life of common population.
