浅谈高职学生参与校企合作培训的几点变化

A Brief Talk on Some of The Changes of Higher Vocational Students Participate in School- Enterprise Cooperation Training

随着高校不断扩大招生规模,生源质量逐年下滑,为了适应这种现状,学校必须从自身进行教学改革。近几年来,电子信息工程系的老师们一直在摸索一种适合高职软件技术专业及相关专业群的教学培养新模式。如健全实习实训体系,到送学生进企业实习,再到引企入校,实现校中企。现阶段以正在参与校企合作项目——"信息类卓越技能型人才培养基地建设"的学生为研究对象,对正在进行的高职校企合作实验班学生的变化情况做了详细论述。

With the continuous expansion of enrollment,the quality of students decline year by year,in order to adapt to this sit uation,we must reform the teaching from their own school.In recent years,Electronic Information Engineering Department of teachers has been exploring a suitable for software technology specialty in higher vocational education teaching and related profes sional group of the new training mode.Such as perfect training system,to give the students into the enterprise practice,and then to guide enterprises to enter college.At the present stage,is participating in the cooperation projects — "bases" training informa tion outstanding skills to the students as the research object,the change of the experimental class of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges are the students were discussed in detail.
