摘要
近年来,电子政务在我国的发展比较迅速,但电子政务的评估研究比较滞后。电子政务项目的评估不仅仅包括实施前的评估,还包括实施后的评估。该文提出了一个以社会-技术模型为基础的电子政务评估框架,主要从社会维度、技术维度、组织维度对电子政务项目进行评估。
In recent years,e-government in the development of China's relatively rapid,but the e-government lags behind in the assessment study.Assessment of e-government projects not only include the implementation of the pre-assessment,also in cludes an assessment of the implementation.This paper presents a model of social technology-based framework for the assessment of the e-government,mainly from the social dimension,technology dimension,the dimension of the Organization of e-govern ment projects.
