摘要
FEA在承压结构设计中体现着越来越重要的作用,能够有效弥补传统计算方法的不足。该文针对DN30000的大口径承压加筋锥盖结构,应用二维平面单元、壳单元以及三维实体单元分别对其进行有限元计算,对应力强度较大的部位进行应力分析评定,并将三种单元模型的应力和刚度计算结果进行对比,分析三种单元模型在大口径承压加筋锥盖设计中的优劣,为FEA在大口径承压加筋锥盖设计中的工程应用提供参考。
FEA is becoming more and more important for design of nonbearing structure, and can effectively make up for the de ficiency of the traditional calculation method. Two dimensional plane element, shell element and three dimensional solid element was used to make finite element analysis for heavy-calibre conical cap of DN30000 with ceinforcing rib. Parts of larger stress in tensity were analyzed and evaluated. Stress and Stiffness computed results of three element models were compared, and it can provide reference for the engineering application through analyzing advantages and disadvantages of three element models when designing heavy-calibre conical cap with ceinforcing rib.
