传统PC应用在开放环境里,使用频繁,使用人水平和素质参差不齐,造成了pc软硬件故障频繁,系统维护工作量非常大,维护成本也比较高。瘦客户机硬件使用工控级的设计制造,体积小、功耗小,操作系统为嵌入式,这样系统的软硬件故障率都很低。瘦客户机非常适合作为客户端使用。可管理性强,终端用户既可以使用所有的资源,也可以被严格管理只使用一个或几个程序。升级方便,当应用系统需要升级时,只需要在服务器端进行升级即可。
