课务管理是教学管理中异常重要的一个环节,它面向教务员、教师、学生等多个角色,管理过程环节复杂。该文首先对课务管理系统结构进行了设计,并针对其中的选课、调课等管理过程中时效、时序性需求,设计了顾及时效性的课务管理系统,讨论了其工作流程和算法步骤。能够有效促进课务管理系统的有效性和及时性。

Curriculums related management is a very important process in the teaching management, it faces the teaching staff, teachers, students and other multiple roles,and its management processes is complex. This paper designs a system structure for cur riculums management system, and then dicusses the order and time limitations in these processes of students chooseing their cours es and teachers adjusting their class,and discusses the work flows and algorithm steps. It can effectively promote the effectiveness and seasonable of teaching management system.
