摘要
忆阻器是蔡少棠教授发现的第四种无源二端元件。该文首先阐述了忆阻器的理论概念和实现原理,介绍了惠普实验室制造的一种纳米忆阻器实现方案;进而介绍了一种M-R型忆阻器有源仿真模型,从数学的角度论述了这种有源仿真模型的电路学原理;最后该文根据忆阻器记忆电荷时的连续工作特性提出了一种N进制加法器的设计方案,为提高计算机的运算能力提供了一种新的设计思路,具有积极的探索意义。
The memristor is the fourth-found passive two-terminal element proposed by professor LEON O.CHUA.This pa?per first describes the concept and implementation principle of the memristor,and introduces a nano-realization memristor scheme of HP;This paper also introduces a M-R type active simulation model of memristor,and then discusses its circuit princi?ple from the viewpoint of mathematics.Finally,this paper puts forward a N-ary adder design according to the continuous work?ing characteristic of the memristor charge-memory function.This study provides a new design approach for improving comput?er's operational capability and has positive significance.
