摘要
为了提高信息的利用率,完善决策信息支持而要求政府部门之间实现信息资源共享,使得政务业务处理更科学高效。该文着重分析了信息资源共享的模式和原则,结合襄阳市政府信息资源共享情况进行实证研究,提出要打破部门垄断,建立信息共享机制,完善市级信息交换平台,在统一的政务网络平台上开展业务,实现政务部门之间的公文交流、办公事项的协同处理,增强政务部门之间的协同能力,提高行政效率。
In order to improve the utilization of information,improve the decision information support and requirement to real?ize information resources sharing between government departments,makes the government business process more scientific and efficient.This paper analyzes the information resource sharing model and principle,combining xiangyang city government infor?mation resources sharing is empirical research,puts forward to break the monopoly departments,establish information sharing mechanism,perfect the municipal information exchange platform,in the unity of e-government network platform,document ex?change between government affairs department,office matters of coordination treatment,enhance the capacity of coordination between government departments,improve the administrative efficiency.
