摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展,图像语义检索的应用领域越来越广。可扩展标记语言(XML)具有较强的可扩展性及数据交换功能,在多媒体描述方面具有广泛的应用。该文使用XML来对图像进行语义描述,通过解析XML文档来设计一个图像检索系统,该系统结构简单,可扩展性强。
With the development of information technology, the use of image semantic retrieval are more and more wide. XML(Extensible Markup Language) features include extensibility and data exchange function, which is used to multimedia description. Image semantic description and XML data parsing and the design of image retrieval system was discussed, the system have the features of simple structure and strong extensibility.
