摘要
每年的公务员及干部选拔任用、年度考核、推优评先等工作都牵涉到很多的投票测评工作,目前采用的纸质选票进行组织实施及汇总分析,工作量非常大,周期也比较长,而且统计质量不是很高,为了改善上述情况,在建立人事投票测评系统后,通过最新的网络信息化手段,阐述了如何在计算机网络平台上及时、准确、保密、安全高效的完成各项人事测评工作,提高人事考评的质量。
The annual work of selection and appointment, annual assessment, outstanding selection to civil service and cadre involves a lot of voting and evaluation work. Currently, we use paper ballots to organize the implementation and meta-analysis. The workload is very large, the cycle is very long, and the quality of statistics is not very high. In order to improve the situation, this paper describes how to complete the work of personnel evaluation and improve the quality of it timely, accurately, confidentially, safely and efficiently on network by the latest means of network information after the establishment of the personnel evaluation system.
