基于事件的视频传输自适应调节方法及其应用

摘要 在监控视频传输过程中,网络状况及编码参数的改变会影响视频质量与占用的存储资源。在对IP网络视频传输技术研究的基础上,提出了一种基于交通事件的视频传输的自适应调节方法。这种方法在实时监测网络资源状况的同时考虑存储资源,在交通事件发生时提高视频码率和分辨率达到提高视频质量的目的;在没有事件发生期间采用低编码参数,达到节约存储资源的目的。结合一个交通视频通信系统,实现了这种基于事件的自适应调节方法的应用,并进行了实际测试,验证了其运行效果。 During the processof surveillance video's transmission, network conditions and encoding parameters 'change would affect the video quality and storage resources they occupied. Based on the research of the video transmission technology in the IP network,this article proposed an adaptive video trans- mission methodbased on traffic event. This method not only monitorthe real-time network resources, but also consider the storage resources,raise thebitrate of the video and resolution when the traffic incident occurs to achieve the purpose of improve the quality of the video;use the low-encoding parameters when no event occursand ensure the video quality without affecting demand,in order to save storage resources.Combined with a traffic video communications system,implementthe application of adaptivemethod based on traffic event,carry out the actual test, and verify its operating results.
