摘要
主汽温度控制是非线性,强稱合,大滞后的时变系统,影响因素多,控制难度大;而且要降低机组煤耗,实现节能减排。针对这一问题,该文设计了串级双回路控制系统,并且引入前馈信号和防超温保护回路。使主汽温度的控制更加趋于稳定,对下游设备的安全和电厂的经济效益起到了重要作用。
The time-varying system of main steam temperature control is nonlinearity,strong coupling and big lag,can be affected by many factors and and difficult control;And to reduce the coal consumption of unit, achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, the cascade double loops control system were designed, and the introduction of feed-forward signal and overtemperature protection circuit. The control of main steam temperature is more stable, the downstream equipment safety and economic efficiency has played an important role for power plants.
