摘要
在高校计算机专业学生中展开专利教育有助于培养发明创造能力、保护创新成果,同时还能引导学生向专利代理人的职业发展、促进就业。目前专利教育存在着教法单一、效率低下,教学内容侧重法学理论、缺乏专利实务等问题。针对此提出鼓励学生申报专利、改善专利课程设置、强化专利实务教学、结合大学生科技竞赛展开专利教育等改革措施。
Launching patent education among computer science majors in colleges and universities contributes to cultivating students' inventiveness, protecting the achievements of innovation, guiding students to develop toward the occupation of patent agent and promoting employment at the same time. Nowadays, problems such as the one-dimensional method of teaching, inefficiency, the focusing on juristal theory of teaching content, the lacking of actual practice and so on and so forth exist in patent education. For these, the article proposes encouraging students to file patents; improving the patent curriculum setting; strengthening the practical teaching; launching patent education through the combining of college students' science and technology competitions and other reform measures.
