摘要
社区远程诊疗系统是利用计算机、网络通信和医疗技术将现实医院的诊疗过程搬到互联网上,实现异地看病及治疗。该系统的推广应用可以解决农村和城市之间的医疗资源分配不均衡的问题;遇到突发自然灾害时,城市知名专家不能到达受灾现场,农村社区医疗设备和技术水平不能满足需求,可以利用社区远程诊疗系统对伤员进行分类指导救治。
The community telemedicine system is the use of computer, network communication and medical technology will be the process of diagnosis and treatment of the practical hospital moved to the Internet, remote medical treatment and treatment. The popularization and application of this system can solve the unbalanced distribution of medical resources between rural and city's problem; sudden natural disasters, city well-known experts can not reach the disaster scene, community medical equipment and technology level in rural areas can not meet the demand, can use the remote diagnosis and treatment system of community classification guidance for treatment of the wounded.
