校企合作是一种能够将职业教育与社会企业紧密联系起来的人才培养模式,在这种模式下,校企双方的资源得到了共享和互补,双方的利益得到了最大化,依靠学校、企业和第三方专业培训机构来实现学校、企业的平等和互利。该文结合东北石油大学(秦皇岛分校)与秦皇岛东方罗尔高端软件人才实训基地在软件工程上的合作作为例子,阐述了校企合作的实施背景和基本情况;其次对校企双方各自的需求与职责进行了详细的说明介绍。
