摘要
随着经济发展和城市化进程的不断加快,城市火灾事故不断增多,造成的人员伤亡和财产损失也越来越严重[1]。而消防监督不严与救援不及时是火灾发生和灾情加剧的主要原因。该文以消防安全基本原理为理论依据,结合Visual C#与SuperMap Object.Net组件式GIS平台,实现了对城市群体建筑的信息管理、消防监督、户籍化管理、三维火灾模拟,并通过基于栅格GIS的最优路径分析完成了城市消防对设定着火点下进行火灾救援的实时三维模拟展示。
With the development of economy and the acceleration of the process of city, city fire accidents, casualties and property losses are more and more serious[1]. And the fire of lax supervision and rescue is not timely are the main reasons for the fire and disaster aggravated. In this paper, the basic principle of fire safety for the theoretical basis, combined with Visual C# and SuperMap Object.Net component GIS platform, realize the city group construction, information management, fire protection, household register management, three-dimensional fire simulation, and the optimal path of raster GIS analysis done on city fire fire rescue set ignition under real-time simulation of 3D display based on.
