Design and Implementation of Science and Technology Information Service Platform in Wedding Dress Industry

针对潮州婚纱晚礼服产业科技服务体系不完善、企业创新能力低和产业升级缓慢等问题,通过建立科技信息服务平台,为婚纱晚礼服企业提供成果转化、科技评估、创新资源配置、创新决策和管理咨询等科技信息服务,促进产业健康发展。服务平台以数据为核心构建创新服务,整合政府部门、行业企业、服务机构和其他信息资源,包括数据中心、科技信息发布、知识产权服务、咨询分析服务和服务交流五大功能平台,提供多层次、个性化和决策支持的科技综合服务。平台以SOA为服务系统的总体架构,以XML为服务数据交换与共享基础,以Web Services为服务平台实现技术,以J2EE为服务应用开发平台,以MVC模式构建表示层和检索应用层,并提供统一的访问界面。

Aiming at the imperfect science and technology service system,low enterprise innovation ability and slow industrial development,the establishment of science and technology information service platform is able to provide technology transfer,technology assessment,allocation of innovation resources,innovation decision and management consulting and other science and technology information services for the wedding dress enterprises in Chaozhou.With integration of government departments,enterprises,service industry and other sources of information,the service platform is based on those resources to provide comprehensive,multi-level,personalized and decision support services,including data center,technology information,intellectual property services,consulting and analysis,users exchange.The system architecture with a uniform access interface is based on SOA platform,using XML for the exchange and sharing of basic service data,web services for the realization of technical service platform,J2EE for the building of service application development platform,MVC model for the construction of the representation layer and retrieval application layer.
