摘要
为了使高校青年教师教摆脱困境,实现教学素养的全面提升,本文提出了一种有效的方案来提高青年教师的自信心和进一步激发教学兴趣。首先,提出了一套方案来克服青年教师的心理障碍,实现其自信心的提升。青年教师除了利用学校的提供的一些平台和措施来提升自己教学能力之外,更重要的是各青年教师所在的学院应该根据青年教师的自身情况合理的安排教学任务。其次,采用一些措施进一步激发青年教师的教学兴趣。兴趣是最大的老师。学校和学院都应该以多种形式来激发老师的教学兴趣,让青年教师能够从教学上实现自己的价值,学有所用。最后,在具备前两种的基本素质后,引导青年教师提高一些教书技能,促进职业能力的全面提升。
To resolve the problem of young teachers in college and improve the ability, this paper presents an effective method to improve the confident and interest in teaching of the young teachers. Firstly, we proposed a method to overcome the psychological barrier of young teachers and enhance their self-confidence. Except that some of the young teachers enhance their teaching ability by method, the college should reasonably arrange the teaching task based on their own circumstances. Secondly, we proposed some methods to further enhance the interest in teaching. Interest is the greatest teacher. Schools and colleges should stimulate interest in the teacher's teaching by different methods, so that young teachers to realize their value from the teaching. Finally, based on the confident and interest, the career ability can been improved completely.
