基于PLC的绳头拉杆电镦机控制系统设计

摘要 为满足绳头拉杆电热镦机半自动生产的需求,以砧子缸送料机和机夹手为机械主体,配合电热镦机,设计了送料机+电镦机配合使用的三菱PLC为核心的半自动控制系统,完成电热镦机成型的半自动生产过程。该文基于PLC可编程控制器设计了绳头拉杆电镦机的控制系统,实现了对其加热电流、压力和速度的控制,对于提高产品质量,扩大经济效益有很大的帮助。 To meet the semi-automatic production needs of electric upsetting machine, a feeder and electric upsetting machine system was designed. The semi-automatic production process was achieved by using the anvil cylinder feeder and gripper as the main mechanical part, and the PLC(Mitsubishi) as the core control system. This paper designed a rope rod electric upsetting machine control system based on the PLC programmable controller to realize the control of heating current, pressure, and speed. This design may greatly improve the product quality and expand the economic benefit.
