长庆油田GPS车辆监控系统轨迹数据设计与应用

摘要 随着计算机技术的飞速发展,全球定位系统(GPS)在各行各业中得到广泛的重视和应用,实现了GPS导航信息在GIS上的可视化、一体化和集成化。该技术也在长庆油田得到了深入的应用,建设成了一个统一的覆盖全油田范围的、具备多功能、支持多种终端产品的车辆监控管理调度系统,平台用户可在全国范围内依靠GPS卫星、运营商网络、长庆油田企业网来实现车辆的精确定位、速度控制、监控、调度、查询等功能,充分利用网络资源和数据库技术,形成了全新的车辆管理模式和运行方式,实现整个油田公司车辆资源信息的共享。实现了里程统计、油区自建道路及信息点地图采集和绘制,远程协调道路交通安全管理,从宏观上进行交通安全决策和风险评价分析,使长庆油田安全管理的方式、内容、形式发生了根本改变,提高了车辆安全运行效率。 With the rapid development of computer technology, global positioning system(GPS) to get attention and widely used in various industries to achieve a GPS navigation information on a GIS visualization, integration and integration.
